Is this too dressy for a sophomore girl in high school? Picture included***?

I’m generally a girlie person, so dresses/skirts aren’t anything new…but I’m wondering if this in particular is too dressy…I’ll keep it no jewelry with just some ballet flats and a messenger bag?

Wear it to school..
