Jewelry Ear Wrap

Is there any kind of ear cuff/wrap style jewelry that uses a piercing?

i cant seem to find ones that use piercings, i dont like the ones that just clamp on because of metal fatigue and that if i dont do it right theyll slip and move too much.
i want some that will lock through cartilage piercings, but i cant seem to find any…
anyone know of anything that may help me?
